The winner was owned by Mr Joseph McGrath, trained by Michael Collins and ridden by Morny Wing. A purse of £1000 allowed for the second to receive 50 sovereigns and the third 25 sovereigns. The winner won by 10 lengths, with 5 lengths between second and third.
